Achieving your potential

Are your employees feeling stressed out and unappreciated? Are you looking for ways to help them become more resilient and engaged? According to a recent study by the Society for Human Resource Management, the majority of HR professionals think that creating a corporate culture to attract and retain top talent is their greatest challenge.

Positive Psychology – The Science of Thriving

More than a decade of groundbreaking research in the fields of positive psychology and neuroscience has proven that happiness and optimism fuel performance. And, cultivating positive brains make us more motivated, resilient, creative, and productive.

In my workshops, I share proven strategies for creating more positive and productive workplaces based on the findings of rigorous scientific research. Participants will come away with a set of tools they can use to increase motivation, bolster good decision-making and increase engagement – their own or their teams.

Here are a few examples of workshops I teach:

Profit From The Positive

Results of over 200 scientific studies of 275,000 people found that happiness leads to success in almost every domain of our lives. Happy workers have higher levels of productivity, produce higher sales, perform better in leadership positions, receive higher performance ratings and higher pay. Yet, a recent Conference Board survey found that levels of employee satisfaction are at an all time low, and depression rates today are ten times higher than they were in 1960.

Participants will learn:

  • What Positive Psychology is about and why it’s valuable.
  • How to apply the principle of positive psychology to avoid burnout and become more engaged and resilient at work.
